Confirmed all readings. Found that in February of 2017, a meter changeout was performed that downgraded the meter size from 1" to 3/4", this should have gone with an accompanying downgraded rate. Sent this information to Kimberly Trotter in billing to adjust bill and rate accordingly.

Scheduled a read for tomorrow. Readings from 1/9 and 12/13 are correct, reads acquired by radio. New reading will determine rate of consumption and whether meter is currently moving. -- BC
