Mr. Clark, Thank you for contacting the City of Bloomington regarding the head light of the small sanitation truck that picks up trash within City Parks. I contacted our Sanitation Division on your behalf. Our Fleet Maintenance Division has ordered parts for the electrical shortage issue. Again, thanks for the report and have a great day! Christina
