Web Form: There is a massive pot hole that formed recently. More than likely caused by a snow plow. It is located on the right side of the westbound lane of E Rhorer Rd at the intersection of S Sare Rd. I hit it just after turning from the stop sign and blew my tire. It is very difficult to see after dark and very dangerous as it is right before a blind hill.
