Web Form: Intersection: Kingston Dr and State Rd 46, also known as the closest intersection to Chikfila@College Mall. The cross-walk lights between the two banks turn "walk" as the traffic between Safeway and First Bank gets the "green arrow" to turn left. In other words, pedestrians will be assuming they have the right of way and step into the road while some drivers may only notice the green arrow- potential accident.
