Temporary Signage w/o permit:

Web Form: IU "Trident" logo has been incorporated into the roof design of 817 N. Washington, a rental house managed by "Cream and Crimson" properties (a small local company that is not affiliated with the University.) Is this a violation of any City signage ordinances (size, placement, trademark infringement, etc.)? It is unsightly.
