10:51am = Michael C in water quality transferred me a uReport concerning 7382 S Whipporwill Ln, busted meter when customer turned water on. The meter is from a brand new set 1/19, if contractor didn't properly backfill the setup billing may want to charge the contractor for the lost meter. Texted notification to BS to change the busted meter and check for proper backfill, sent notification to NA and BP. Made out W/O placed on BS number.
