We determined that the customer did not pay the correct amount for restore. Customer needs to contact customer service, pay the correct amount, and then we can go out and turn on the meter at 1605 S Ira St.

Customer's last Collections shut off was in December and it was turned on December 6th. I made up a NWC (No Water Call) work order to check for water at pit. -- BC
