Mr. Pinchuk, Typically there is a property legal description included in the sale of a home or property. This description should note the presence and dimension of any utility easements and the dimensions/borders of your lot. You could also consult Monroe County's GIS site (https://monroein.elevatemaps.io), which would provide an aerial map with property lines of your location noted. The property lines from GIS are approximate and would give you some information, however, they do not note easements within property lines. Finally, you might hire a surveyor to verify your property borders and the dimension of any utility easements. I would estimate the cost of a "staked survey" at $500 or less. Respectfully, Dave Williams
