Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Web Form: Large, rectangular, deep pothole--east 10th street--north side of the street across from Wells Library-pothole is next to the curb. Looks like it had been repaired a long time ago, but the filler has been removed in chunks. It's a mess & probably dangerous if someone on a bike or scooter tries to ride over it.
