City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #167949

City Performance:

Web Form: Why would the City ban scooters at night? Guessing for alcohol reasons but a ban is not the answer. We don't ban cars from the roads at night. Enforce against problems, require adequate light, etc. but why should workers of overnight shifts and others be punished needlessly. Ducking a problem is not solving a problem.
