Web Form: Our house backs up to Rollingbrook Park and there is a city wood fence surrounding the park. Over the years several sections have been replaced by the city. I’ve lived here 24 years and in that time our section has never been replaced. Well it’s dry rotted and falling over. The other day a child wandered over to our house from the park. I did not see a parent. I called out to see if there was someone with him. He attempted to climb over the dry rotted fence and fell over. Siddenly the non existent parent comes running over screaming she is going to sue me- over my broken fence. I informed her it was a city fence not mine. I want this taken care of so I don’t have to deal w this, and so the city doesn’t end up getting sued.
