Web Form: I parked at this meter today (4/12) just before noon. 3 quarters in and I only had been credited for 15 minutes. I had just enough change to pay for the hour and 10 minutes I needed for my appointment at Fountain Square, so I had to use a card to ensure I had adequate time and didn't get a ticket. Please check this meter for issues.
