CBU spoke to customer over the phone. Recommended they check the sink drain for source of smell being bacteria in the drain. (if it was not the sink drain) Recommended customer confirm to make sure the smell is coming from both the hot and cold tap. And to contact CBU if it is coming from both hot and cold tap. Recommended customer call a plumber to flush hot water heater if smell is only coming from hot water tap.
