https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=168176 Paul Kehrberg followed up on this ticket I checked the table, and at the time it was against the curb with a clear pathway. However, the business does not have the required Outdoor Seating Permit. I sent a letter today stating they need the permit to use public right of way. I also included a copy of the ordinance stating the required 54 inches of clear sidewalk. I will make sure they complete the application to obtain a permit and keep the sidewalk clear. Thanks!
