Parking Meters and Citations:

Other: coins stuck. could only use my credit card. this costs extra. too many meters with this problem. so I'm starting to document each time I get one. this is 3 out of 5 parking attempts have I had to use my credit card cuz there's coins stuck in the coin. I don't know if it means it's full of corns whether there's a different problem.
