The roadway is littered with potholes, cracks, undulations, bumps and is generally in poor condition (all of this precedes any activity around the fourth street garage, serendipity construction and Vectren pipe or line modifications). The roadway and sidewalk are not suited for cars, bikes, scooters, power chairs nor for the emergency vehicles, school buses and city transit buses that utilize it. Pretty much the same for the sidewalks.
