Hi Mr. Horvath,
Last week, CBU had a 12" water main break in the Hyde Park neighborhood at Winston and Churchill Ct. When water mains break, we need to excavate the area to find the broken pipe, so it is very possible that the sediment discharge you observed was a result of this water main break. Last week we also had another large water main break south of Kroger East, and that also discharged sediment to Jackson Creek. In addition, I've been in touch with the planning department who tracks construction projects and they said they haven't had any recent issues with construction in the Renwick area. I drove through the watershed this morning to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
