Web Form: There are a couple of very large potholes on S Cory Ln between 3rd St and 2nd St/Bloomfield Rd. One particularly deep hole is located about midway down the road (it's on the westside lane of the road and I often need to swerve to avoid it when I'm traveling south down the road)
