Web Form: The Street Department came the first of the week and put down a beautiful new layer of street in my cul-de-sac (Summerwood Ct) but when it rained the water pooled on the side of the street as high as the curb. It was at least 5 inches deep at the curb and extended halfway across the street. Apparently there formerly was a storm sewer at that particular location, but it is no longer functioning which results in water, snow, ice accumulation at that point and the streegt will quickly deteriorate. Please help!
