We visited the property but did not find anything upstream from the adjacent apartments that was failing or correctable to prevent erosion. We visited Erin Ct. and not Keri Marie Ln. on our site visit during a recent rain event. We did not see any drainage issues or erosion, but we also weren't in the correct location. We will make another attempt at a site visit to see what is causing the issue.
