Visited site this morning to follow up on work. E & B crew have removed the rocks and debris and the area has been recently mowed.

Put a call in to Chris Williams with E&B this morning to see where he is at on yard repair. He tells me it is finally dry enough and has scheduled two workers to repair tomorrow Friday 6-28-19. Also I informed our field inspector of their plan for tomorrow.

I contacted Chris Williams with E & B Monday afternoon to get an update on the issue. Chris informed me they were not able to get a crew out at the end of last week and are needing some dry weather to finish the yard repair here. They are watching for a break in the rain this week for things to dry out.

Site Meeting today with Robert Aptheker. He was able to show me rocks and clods in various spots left in the yard. Chris Williams with E&B arrived late and I in turn walked the yard with him and instructed him to re-rake and remove debris. Chris stated he plans to schedule a crew to come out tomorrow and if possible work with Mr. Aptheker to ensure they have repaired the trouble spots to his satisfaction. I will continue to monitor the situation to see it gets resolved.

Mr. Aptheker and I spoke on the phone at 1:33pm today. We have set a site meeting Wednesday 6-12-19 at 3pm with Mr. Aptheker, E&B and myself to see exactly where the problem areas are so they may be properly repaired as soon as possible. Yard work is weather dependent. The location was verified to be 2712 W Arlington Road.

At 12:06 I called the phone number given on the UReport 812-650-6482, no answer and voice mail unavailable. I will try number again later.

On 5/22/19 I called Mr. Aptheker at 812-650-6482 to follow up and left a message with him. On 6-5-19 CBU had a Meeting with Garrett Gough of E&B paving where I let him know to follow up with his supervisor in the field that this location is in need of work and when I stopped at site I had noted rocks left in the yard. I drove by site 6-7-19 to see if E&B had returned to perform work and it did not appear that they had been by yet. I received an email 6-10-19 in the afternoon from Robby Lake stating his displeasure with the length of time it is taking to resolve this issue. I will call 812-650-6482 this morning after I can get the latest information from our Inspector for the project and will get the work completed as quickly as possible.

Visited 2712 W Arlington Road this afternoon and noted gravel in the area. This address is on the preliminary walk through inspection letter sent to the contractor E & B Paving who did the work. Will follow up on this as they are still working through items on the list.
