CBU supervisor has opened the pipe, and it is functioning, however he is still doing some additional cleaning on it. I have called the customer to notify him.

Ed, I gave this one to Shipley to televise about a month ago but he's been doing locates. This is in need of some attention. I believe the upstream end may be blocked with debris and down in the pipe. There is a fitting under road and I was concerned it was plugged with debris.
