Thanks for reaching out. Give the location, it may be difficult for some individuals to safely remove.
There are a few members of the Bloomington Bee Keepers Club that use to remove swarms, unfortunately I do not have any current contacts. You could reach out to them through https://www.facebook.com/groups/Bloomingtonbeekeepers/.
Indiana University also has a bee keeping club through the Hilltop Garden and Nature Center. Not sure if they can help, but may have good recommendations.
Fred Abbot at 812-876-4591 and Mike Heter at 812-988-8430 have assisted in removing hives locally. I believe that they both relocated the hives, but please double check with them.
Indiana DNR has a list of approved swarm removers on their website at https://www.in.gov/dnr/entomolo/5755.htm. Again I am not sure if any of these would relocate.
If you have time, I would suggest reaching out to the Bee Keepers Club and Hilltop Garden for help first.
