Traffic Signals:

Web Form: The stoplight at the corner of Rogers and Rockport is not changing correctly when a car is stopped on Rockport. It has a sensor to change the light, but it doesn't appear to be working. A car stopped on Rockport waiting for the light to change will wait a long time, even when no traffic is on Rogers.
