Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Web Form: In the westbound lane of of E. Rogers Road there are some big potholes forming at the edge of the road. The road is deteriorating or washing out in a few places (at least 2 or 3 spots in a row, separated by a short distance from each other). This is right where cyclists ride in the road, makes it very dangerous.
