Web Form: Hi! I’m a bit confused about this charge on my account and am not completely sure who to contact. I paid the meter for one hour to get hartzels ice cream (as seen on the charges) but I never paid for $8 (or 8 hours). This is clearly an incorrect charge because I got ice cream at 6 PM and the meters end at 9 therefore I am even unable to add that much money to a meter. If I could please get a refund for the $8 charge I would really appreciate it since i didn’t even use it!
