Web Form: Please have police take a day to enforce 3rd and college at 515pm people west from 3rd turning left to go south on college constantly knowingly blocking the intersection knowing they won't make it through with the back up on college. Just clogs everything even more.

Unable to provide police during that time period to simply watch the intersection, as that is the heaviest call volume time period for the Department. Further, it would be very difficult to prove intent if someone proceeds into the intersection, then gets stopped in traffic, as the lights change at different times. Must be able to prove "knowingly and intentionally" and if the motorists enter the intersection on a green signal, this would not be possible.
