Wrote Ticket. closed complaints 59005 and 58933 which reference same property. 7/10-homeowner called to say property is in bankruptcy. Thought bank was maintaining property. Will make sure that it is maintained rest of year. Informed that they still need to pay fines. Stated will pay fines when able. DS 7/16/08 - grass has been mowed.
