Sidewalk partially obstructed by ivy and what looks to be washout gravel from drive to south. No poison ivy. Euonymus and Virginia Creeper. Sending to P& T for sidewalk obstruction issue.

Jo, this picture does not appear to show overgrowth that HAND would enforce. Can you go by, however, to verify there may not be violations for excessive growth from HAND? Thank you.
