Corn in front yard, protected by electrical devices (maybe for deer?). somewhat overgrown (see photos), but not at all visible from street. Street-visible growth not in violation. No jurisdiction on deer. In order to address the back yard, permission from next-door neighbor(s) would need to be granted. Neighbor must be home.
