Web Form: When you drive on College Avenue towards the bars it goes from 30 mph to 28 mph and I’m an out of towner but I deliver newspapers for Wall Street Journal all the time and this is the first time that I’ve seen the speed limit sign covered up almost to the point where I couldn’t even see it, also one of the traffic lights is obscured by a bunch of trees, even the person I drove with to train for the route didn’t even notice the light until we came up on it not very good for brakes and for Pedestrians in the area.. I suggest a night crew go out and drive that entire drag from 46 up until college Avenue splits to the left around that storage unit and those condominiums past the Kroger‘s. You’ll definitely see what I’m talking about. I don’t have any pictures to upload because my employer prohibits me using my phone in my hands when I’m driving unless if I’m stopped or parked.
