Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Web Form: last time when it was repaired the asphalt was packed directly on top of the old surface so it easily breaks away. There is also some settlement in this segment of the road. Please remove the cracked asphalt and pack new one down to the gravel. Thanks a lot.
