Because it was submitted under the website feedback "catagory" it went to the System's and Applications manager Charles Brandt. But Charles has left this position and the issue "fell thru the cracks" in the shifting of resposibilities. It was my understanding that this issue was picked up by our office manager, but instead it came to me. But I was "out of the office" with an illness most of July. In reviewing the description: "was out under street at storm drain" I could not identify the reason for the issue. Maybe a picture was to be submitted? At this time I'm closing the ticket.
