When a vehicle on Clarizz stops 14.5' back from the edge of the travel lane on Moores Pike, the driver can see for over 600' to the east. The vegetation does not obstruct the view when the driver observes a 14.5' set back, as is the engineering standard. Clarizz having 2 turning lanes - one right-turn and one left-turn can make it difficult for a right-turning driver to see if a left-turning driver has pulled forward to block their view. A right-turning driver would have to wait for a left-turning vehicle to move out of the way in order to see.
