Web Form: Does anybody know if there are plans to improve the "Bloomington Rail Trail", the segment between country club and that road? This year it's suddenly much worse than it has been...there are places that were washed out that got replaced with the wrong type of gravel (shoulda used some sort of "crusher run", imo) and there's even a big wash out that didn't get any repair at all.
