I would like to ask a few questions to clarify your report so that I may offer the appropriate response. Your report identified several issues: 1) hydrants are not marked with blue reflectors (which we do not do since snow plows would scrape them off), 2) that vehicles are using hydrants (non fire apparatus?) 3) that trucks are using hydrants to fill orange barricades. You identified the vehicles as tanker trucks... are these fire apparatus or civilian contractor vehicles?
