Web Form: Hello, I have made a written suggestion today related to the requirement to be present in your Utilities premise (or file a paper form) to request a transfer of billing for water services. I suggested we should be able to do this online... I had to deal with the same issue today at Duke Energy (tenant left and needed to transferred billing back to me, the landlord). They told me of a very useful process they have setup called "auto turn-on", which lets them know that whenever a tenant requests a turn off, they should actually transfer the service back to the landlord instead of turning it off. I suggest you do the same thing for the water service! Thank you.
