Two Assistant Superintendents from T&D visited the residence and spoke to the customer. They assessed the damage in driveway and do not believe that CBU caused it. There is one crack in the sidewalk but isn't offset or separated. At this time, I will contact the homeowner and inform them that if there are concerns that remain, they will need to contact the City of Bloomington Risk Department.
