Vermont Systems, developer of the WebTrac software, removed the time portion from the facility search feature on the online picnic shelter availability search form. The search defaults to the day the customer wants to rent a shelter, and not the 6 a.m.-11 p.m. time that the shelter is available. Search results are now accurate based on the date the customer wants to reserve a shelter, as the customer requested.

Thank you for bringing the issue regarding the time stamp in our online search function for picnic shelters in parks to our attention. We have worked with the software developer to correct the issue. The software now searches for available picnic shelters only by date, and not by available time. The search results are now accurate based on available dates.
