Web Form: The stop light at Pete Ellis Drive/Range Road crossing 10th street has definitely changed for the worst. Going north from Pete Ellis to Range Road a car can sit several minutes in the morning with no traffic repeatedly on 10th. I actually watched a co-worker turn into McDonald's in front of me and then be a few cars behind me and go through the light when I did. I just sat over a minute with no traffic on 10th and watched a car back out of Fountain Park apartments, cross their big lot and make the 10th street light - and I still was sitting there and watched cars come over the east view and still make the light while I still waited. This light needs the timing changed or a better sensor.
