Thank you for contacting the City of Bloomington regarding street lights installation along Weatherstone Lane. The City leases lights through Duke Energy and pays for the installation, energy usage, and maintenance costs with Duke Energy providing the maintenance services. Each year the City installs street lights directly requested by citizens determined by available funding.
