Web Form: Kirkwood/Washington landscaping completely blocks line of sight of pedestrians or vehicles. 3/4 planters at this intersection are this overgrown and block lines of sight creating a serious hazard.

This intersection is an all-way stop. The requirement from AASHTO is "...the first stopped vehicle on one approach should be visible to the drivers of the first stopped vehicles on each of the other approaches. There are no other sight distance criteria applicable to intersections with all-way stop control...." The only requirement at an all way stop is that when both vehicles are stopped at the stop signs, they can see each other. This intersection meets the requirement.
