Our hope is to have a new policy available early 2020. In the meantime, we suggest reporting unsafe driving behaviors to the police department for greater enforcement. Information related to the upkeep of sidewalks and accessibility of these facilities should be directed to the streets department. Would have followed up with the constituent personally with advice for moving forward, but the ureport was submitted anonymously.
