Bus Services (Bloomington Transit):
Web Form: One of your buses has the external announcement volume level set WAY TOO LOUD. Unfortunately, I didn't get the bus number, but it was the #6 bus traveling westbound on E. 10th St. approaching Jordan Ave. at approx. 12:20 PM today. I was walking on the sidewalk, and the announcement blared out at an ear-shattering level. I'm used to hearing the bus announcements walking on streets downtown and around campus, but this was something entirely different as far as volume. My right ear is still in pain as a result. Please check the volume setting.
