Web Form: Street lamp on the SE corner of Lincoln and 11th periodically goes out then comes back on a few moments later. If it is due for replacement, please replace with a yellow-orange bulb to match the majority of the others in the neighborhood, not a bright white one such as those at Cottage Grove/Grant and Cottage Grove/Lincoln. They cast a harsh and unpleasant light. Thank you.
