Web Form: 3rd Street, between Washington and Lincoln Streets, the sidewalks bordering the City Public Lot next to the police station. The sidewalk is raised above a 1/2" (ADA says less) making it hard for a manual wheelchair to get over it. Must go around the block or out into the street. Can it be smoothed down or asphalt added to make it beveled?
Area has been repaired by Contractor in 2020.
