Sidewalk & Curb Complaints:

Web Form: Northeast corner on alleyway next to First United Methodist Church on Washington between Kirkwood and 4th Streets. This broken-up pavement makes coming off this sidewalk onto the alleyway fairly dangerous if you're in a wheelchair.
