Web Form: Meter S42 in the parking lot between 4th and 5th streets is not functioning. I put money in the meter, and the green light did not come on. At that time, I saw a note in the window that said the meter is not functioning. I left my car there for the next hour anyway because I paid to park. The plate on my silver Kia is RWR409.
