Web Form: Would it be possible to install a crosswalk button for pedestrians who cross the street on the corner of 3rd and Hawthorne? The light generally does not change to cross 3rd. unless there is a car at the light waiting to cross 3rd on Hawthorne. It ends up with people crossing on a red light and people speed coming over that hill it is dangerous. Thank you, Omar Alani
