This request is from 2019. I believe this food truck is now known as "Elli-May's Smoked BBQ." They are a caterer and only use their truck at special events, such as Food Truck Fridays, which do not require a license (they are approved separately through Parks or PW). No other reports have been provided about selling food in the right of way, outside of a special event, without a license.
